Offense Academy will focus on: Passing & Shooting, Dodging, Off Ball Movements, Footwork 

Defense Academy will focus on: Footwork & Speed, Stick Checks, Takeaway Checks, Clearing Outlets, 

Goalie Academy will focus on: Fundamental footwork and hand movements to one-on-one saves and precision clearing.
