Bulls lacrosse is excited to introduce our year round skills based program designed to enhance the development of young lacrosse players. The goal of the Bull’s Academy is to provide a structured approach to developing lacrosse players starting from the earliest stages of participation. Working on fundamental skills at an early stage will increase the athlete’s proficiency, enjoyment and talent as they grow with the game.

Bull’s Academy consists of a 3:1 practice/game ratio. This program structure maximizes the critical practice time players need with their coaches to advance their individual skills while still allowing players to come together and blend their talent as a team. We want to promote fun and competitive lacrosse that doesn’t overemphasis on winning. The 3:1 structure of training with games will allow us to do thi

Area’s of emphasis:

  • Fun
  • Increase number of touches with the ball
  • Practice high tempo in competitive situations where they are forced to make decisions with or with out the ball
  • Teach players how to support and control the ball
  • Develop/broaden lacrosse IQ

Bull’s Academy staff consists of current and former College coaches/players that are looking to give back to the lacrosse community!
